When Einstein introduced the principle of relativity in 1905, it changed our views of the world and furthered understanding of the mysterious infinity of the universe. However, on the other hand, the principle of relativity also opened the path for nuclear energy to be used against humanity. Einstein himself appears from the past as the Hermit Isseki in a Traditional Japanese Noh play where he preaches the gospel of the universe. He then shows the power of nuclear energy and reminds us not to use it for wars or against humanity before disappearing into a black hole. The title of the Hermit Isseki comes from the name gEin-steinh, which was translated in Japanese as Isseki, meaning gone stoneh. The spirit of Einstein appears in the form of eastern legendary Wiseman(å l), visualizing the world of relativity by the mystic expression of Noh, that has been refined for sixteen centuries, and his messages will be delivered in the contexist of Zen Buddhism.

A desert in Eurasia, a woman was on a quest for the principle of Universe.@She was stopped by an old shepherd in the sudden darkness of a solar eclipse. The old shepherd shows her a world where light bends and time warps. He clears the eclipse and disappears riding on the sand storm.
Afterwards, a man from the city tells a strange tale. The elder of twin boys is taken by a Tengu goblin at the age of 7. More than a decade later, he came back at the speed of light.. He looked younger than his younger twin brother who was left behind on earth. It was as the Hermit Isseki has said, time is slow for one who flies with the light, but it is fast for him who rests.
In the desert with shooting stars, the world slightly shakes when the Hermit Isseki appears riding on a vehicle of light. He preaches about the beginning of the universe and its fate. Then he summons the Nucleons to show the mighty force of the nuclear energy.
As he calms down the Nucleons, the Hermit Isseki commands gnever use this power for warsh. Then he explains about the Universe and the fate of human beings living there. He then becomes a ball of fire and disappears into the black hole.

More than 60 years has passed since the tragedies of gHiroshimah and gNagasakih, but the war still goes on in many part of the world. It is time we renew Einsteinfs message of world peace and ban on nuclear war. We are presenting a Noh play, an art form which represents ancient Japan wisdom, as a messenger of Einsteinfs peace philosophy. Boston is our first venue for our mission. The April workshops at various academic societies and the full performance in November with wider audiences will demonstrate that the Japanese traditional Noh is an excellent medium for powerful messages.Noh is an art which will penetrate into the deepest part of audiencesf hearts. As Einstein has done, we would like to send a message of peace and tolerance in the world by presenting [Isseki Sennin]. We believe it is as important as the economical role that Japan has been playing in the world.
